Part-Time - UX/UI
Summary of Position
As a Part-Time UX/UI Developer, You Will; collaborate with a team of developers and support staff to design faith-based websites and apps that provide meaningful and seamless user experiences; design and refine user interfaces with a strong focus on usability, accessibility, and alignment with ministry goals; Work closely with churches and faith-based organizations to understand their unique needs and translate them into user-centered design solutions. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to support development teams.
• Stay current with UX/UI best practices and industry trends to improve user engagement.
Purpose
UX/UI Developer will create exciting new human-machine interfaces for church businesses.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their impact on design.
• Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present design concepts clearly.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering engaging and accessible user experiences.
Other Valuable Skills:
• Experience with church management software (e.g., Rock RMS, Arena).
