Ministry Consultant

Ministry Consultant

Full-Time - BSS

Summary of Position

BEMA Information Technologies has spent more than 25 years helping churches solve technology problems. We work primarily with churches across the country, representing a wide range of denominations, traditions, and ministry styles.

We are looking for a Ministry Consultant who loves diving into church processes and gets excited about making sustainable improvements. Do you see a process that isn’t living up to its potential and immediately start thinking about how you’d fix it? Do you get a little too excited about reorganizing an Excel spreadsheet? • We do not want you working overtime
  • We work remotely
  • We want you to take time off and will respect it
  • We strive to make allowances or assign work based on your passions
  • We have built a team environment that provides training and encourages professional growth

  • Take ownership of problems and independently work toward solutions
  • Collaborate with 20+ developers, consultants, and support staff when you need technical expertise or another perspective
  • Document, test, train, and help churches successfully adopt new processes

Needed Attributes:

  • Experience working on staff at a large church

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing work independently

ESPECIALLY VALUABLE:
